HAVE AN INTEREST IN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT?

I am available to teach interested students of all ages how to read commercial blueprints and how to do basic project management like a professional. These are marketable skills that many blacks are interested in, but never achieve this level with professionalism.

Do you know the facts about our history, and the contributions that have been made by African-Americans Architects?  Here are two men that we can all be proud of, to dream and realize that anything is possible!

Paul Williams (1884 - 1980)

Paul Williams became renown for designing major buildings such the Los Angeles International Airport and over 2000 homes in Southern California. Many of the most beautiful residences in Hollywood were created by Paul Williams.

J. Max Bond, Jr. (1935 - 2009)

New York architect J. Max Bond, Jr. designed many office buildings, libraries, and university research facilities. With his firm, Davis Brody Bond Aedas, he helped flesh out and complete plans for the September 11 Memorial Museum in New York City. A respected teacher at City College and Columbia University, Bond inspired a generation of minority architects.

                                          Brian's Construction Profile

Brian Ganges has over 17 years of hands-on commercial construction experience in various trades as a site worker, foreman, project estimator and project manager. He is proficient in detailed blueprint reading and analysis, quantitative material take-offs, estimating project labor costs, and project management using state-of-the-art computer software.

Brian can show you what most of the major colleges and universities only teach, in theory. Don’t get shortchanged and be satisfied with people teaching you how to construct building assemblies that have only read about it in a book; but they have never done it. The best teacher is experience and learning from the experiences of others who have achieved success and have excelled in the industry.

Brian has worked on, estimated and managed over $200,000,000.00 worth of construction across the country, and is ready to show you what the so-called experts won’t tell you. If you have a serious interest in construction and would like to learn the basics or even some more advanced aspects of commercial, then don’t hesitate to contact him today.
